Is this a ticketed event?

No, this festival is absolutely FREE OF CHARGE and open to the public of all ages! 

What are the festival's dates & hours?

The Coney Island Music Festival is a one-day event on Saturdary, August 4th, 2018 from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Check out the SCHEDULE/MAP to see the full day's lineup! 

Is there a rain date?

We're bringing the beats to the streets RAIN or SHINE! In the event of rain, we advise you bring ponchos, umbrellas, closed-toe shoes, or any other of your best rain gear.

How many stages will there be?

There are two main stages, each located at the Boardwalk entrance of Stillwell Avenue, and the other inside the grounds of Coney Art Walls. Click here to find when and where you can find performers! Stay tuned for the 2018 festival map. 

How do I get to the Coney Island Music Festival?

Whether it's by public transit or car, everything you need to know to get to the show, can be found at the GETTING HERE page. Please note that bikes are welcomed, but bike valet will not be available. 

Besides the beats, what else is the Coney Island Music Festival bringing to the streets?

From life-sized games like Jenga, Connect Four, Corn Hole and more stationed on the Bowery ----- to teaming up with our food vending friends to bring you New York's finest #eeeeeats, and of course the thrills of the amusement district, C.I.M.F. will offer something for everyone to enjoy the total festival experience. 

Do vendors accept cash or card?

To support the many vendors joining us for the fun, we recommend that you do carry cash. For the complete vendor lineup, you can visit our vendor page here.

Where are the nearest ATMs?

There are several ATMS throughout the Coney Island amusement district with applicable service fees. You can find the nearest ATM in relation to the festival site, at the Bank of America located in the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue train station or at the Chase Bank on Mermaid Avenue between Stillwell and W 15th Street.

Where can I store my valuables and personal belongings while partying in the streets?

If you are looking for a safe place to protect your things, they can be stored within Luna Park's personal on-site lockers located in Lot A (Stillwell entrance) and Lot B (W 10th entrance). Please note that lockers are available at an additional cost.

 

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, your furry friends are allowed to join us for the paw-fect day of fun!
